Divine Duality - Dining Rooms
About

This week, we’re in Fountain Hills, Arizona, looking at how to create an iconic dual dining and living space. With huge windows, natural light and clashing textures, this room is perfect for inviting guests into when you’re entertaining. Read on for how it was created…

We started with our KALMAR Dining Table in a deep, glossy oak finish. Our BEIRUT Dining Chairs provide the perfect compliment in a rust red shade. To bring forward a ‘70s-inspired finish, we contrasted the palette with pops of deep greens and blues throughout the room.

Moving over into the living area, we created a space for conversation with double doors that open out onto the terrace with an expansive view of the surrounding nature.

Our KANSAS II Armchairs are snug to sink into with a coffee or cocktail, thanks to their winged arms. Meanwhile, our MAINE Coffee Table, provides a lesson in geometry, combining square and spherical shapes, digging further into the retro aesthetic.

Finally, we’ve finished the space with some statement lighting. In the dining area, our LUND Ceiling Lamp elevates the overall tone of the room with brushed brass and white orb shades. Creating a clear contrast between the living area is our RENNES Ceiling Lamp. It provides soft lighting with its flat shades, while the polished steel adds an industrial note to the overall room.
