Working together, they begin by taking a detailed look at international trends, analysing innovations and happenings across a mixture of creative industries, from fashion and music to architecture and interiors.
Armed with this in-depth knowledge and insight, they collectively set about curating moodboards that encapsulate FRATO’s take on the look and feel of the upcoming season.
Incorporating diverse inspirations, from perfume bottles to magazines to jewellery, these vision boards bring together surface materials, fabrics, colours, patterns and textures to create a holistic look that could inspire an original product designs or an entire interior scheme.
And because our designers are working consistently from the same resources, each individual product and its signature palette naturally follows a corresponding aesthetic line. These pieces then organically come together to form a seasonal furniture collection that’s inherently unique, but also an evolution of our comprehensive classic-meets-contemporary catalogue.
